DOES OUR SHOPPING CART CONFUSE YOU? HERE'S HOW TO ORDER!
DETERMINE YOUR SHIPPING RATE OPTIONS:
1. If the shipping rates box says “Calculate Shipping Rates”, then choose your country, then county/province/state, etc. from the available drop-down boxes, and fill in your postal/zip code. Now go to Step #3.
2. If the shipping rates box says “Shipping Rates” followed by “(change my address)”, and the address is NOT CORRECT, then click on “(change my address)”. The box will now say “Calculate Shipping Rates”, and you can follow the directions in Step #1.
3. Next, choose the type of address being shipped to: Residential or Business.
4. Click on "Recalculate". The window will now say "Shipping Rates". From the drop-down box, choose your shipping method and rate. The system will now automatically recalculate your order including shipping.
CONTINUE THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS:
1. If you have a coupon code, enter it into the coupon code box above and click "Apply". Don't worry - if you forget to enter your coupon code, you will have another chance again on the next page by scrolling down to the bottom of the next page and clicking on the link that says "Apply a coupon".
2. You can now either click on the "proceed to checkout" button, or "login & checkout" button.
